Sessions

Sessions are 55 minutes long and are held weekly or twice-weekly. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

Insurance

I am in-network with:

  • Regence

  • Kaiser

I also provide superbills for out-of-network clients. Superbills are a type of receipt that can be shown to your insurance provider to get reimbursed for sessions.
